The consequence of coffee instead of tea

hmmm....i just screwed the presentation just now...

just so you know, i didnt prepare enough material or maybe too much unlinking material which I didnt know how to connect the idea...
or in the more-understanding word, I didnt get the actual picture about things to present....
its not huge presentation though...its more like discussion..but still, after the session end, it still pressured me...
Plus..I am and I was very sleepy...things I prepare didnt go well as planned.

I didnt get scold or anything...
I feel I am way...toooo laid back...
